spice of the day: dijon mustard

Asian Grilled Salmon                                    Servings: 4

4 pieces salmon fillets 

2 tbls. Dijon Mustard

6 tbls. Olive Oil

3 tbls. Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic

Whisk together mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic. Drizzle half of the marinade on the salmon (set other half aside). Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Place the salmon on the grill. Discard the marinade the fish was sitting in. Grill for 4-5 minutes (depending on thickness of fish). Turn carefully with a wide spatula and grill for another 4-5 minutes. 

Transfer fish to a plate and spoon reserved marinade on top. Allow fish to rest for 10 minutes.
